The view looks northeastward along the existing railroad tracks with caissons #1 and #2 on the right side of the tracks and caissons #3 and #4 on the left. Construction cranes, equipment, and temporary buildings are located on both sides of the tracks. Also, a temporary concrete mixing plant can be seen to the left of the railroad tracks. Several factory buildings are visible in the left background and a large railroad yard can be seen in the right background area.
