26 page sewn booklet written by John D. Kergan, M.D., founder, president and Medical Superintendent of Drs. K and K. U.S. Medical and Surgical Association. Within is a description of his organization, an article entitled, "Nervous Debility, The Cause of Premature Old Age, Physical and Metal Imbicility, Etc.," which pins the titular afflictions on "the vice of self-indulgence," and several pages of testimonials from people who claim to have been cured of such issues by the group. The booklet also includes engravings depicting Kergan, the offices of the U.S. Medical And Surgical Association of Detroit on Griswold Street and Michigan Avenue, and the River Park Sanitarium in Wyandotte.
