Joseph E. Warner

Photo of Joseph E. Warner, Warner joined the Spalding and Rogers North American Circus in 1853 and was involved in the circus busineess at least until 1887. He served as Mayor of Lansing for one year, 1878. He was born in New York state in 1832 and came to Michigan with his family at the age of four. He died on May 21, 1914.
