The Dodge building

Description:

Located on northeast corner of Washington Avenue North and Ottawa Street East. The Senate Grill is on the corner at 200, perhaps out of business at the time of the photo. The entry to Rich's Bar is seen, it was upstairs at #200 1/2. The PX Mart selling general merchandise was at 202 North Washington Avenue. Upstairs in Room 16 of the Dodge building was the F. J. Pliska Music Shop. City Planning Division staff annotated the photo and trimmed it.
