Notes:

Waters House at 43 College S.E.; White mansion set behind wooded front yard. The front entrance is adorned with a two story semi-circular portico with six Corinthian columns. A large sun porch with railed deck above is seen at the left side of the image. Part of a similar feature can be seen on the other side of the house. Above the main roofline the dormers and possible 3rd level are partially obscured by the trees. There is a wire fence with narrow metal posts around the house, midway out in the yard. A large birdbath appears to the right of the image in the front yard. Everything is snow covered.
