Black and white photograph taken in the main dining room of the Russell House. Three archways extend into small alcoves that contain a single dining table. A wooden railing, topped with a potted plant, extends across the left half of the opening beneath each arch. The opening beside each railing is flanked by a leather upholstered chair on the right, and a small table holding a basin on the left. A wooden column with an octagonal base supports a ceiling beam that extends out from between the two arches nearest to the camera. China is displayed along the tops of the molding around the room. The recto is signed with the initials, "F.S." "Russell House," is handwritten on the verso.
