Herman Miller Footboard ~ Headboard

Description:: This Double Bed,in the collection of the Dallas Historical Society, is constructed of a wood headboard, footboard and frame with a gray green American ash veneer on the headboard and footboard. There is a herringbone design as well. The dimensions for the footboard are w. 56. 5"; D. 1. 5" and H. 19". This double bed design was developed for 1933 Chicago World's Fair, "A Century of Progress," "Design for Living House.
