Color postcard depicting a view of ships along the riverfront, with the Detroit River in the foreground and the downtown skyline in the background. A sign reads "Hotel Pontchartrain". Printed on verso: Harbor, Detroit, Mich. More boats pass this city than any other port in the world. It is estimated that more than 11,000,000 passengers were carried from this port in 1912. The white boats in the harbor are excursion steamers, the finest of their kind in the world. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Jun 5, 1915.
