Hodges Mason, a local union leader at Bohn Aluminium Brass Corp., talks about his early work experiences for nonunion employers and his jobs at several auto companies. He says that he wasn't a supporter of unions but still led strikes and labor actions for better wages. Mason also talks about his participation in strikes, discrimination in plants and what finally brought him around to join and support unions.
