The view looks westward and shows the tower posts and truss structures which will support the bridge counterweights. Two construction cranes can be seen in the right background. Two temporary construction buildings can be seen at the far left side of the photo and a portion of the 2-story brick building for the bridge operator is visible at the far right side. The ground is lightly covered with snow.
