Henne House, located at 204 East Michigan, was owned by Ella and Fred Henne. Their son, Ed Henne, operated the first phone company. Ella was part of the Hauser family that owned a creamery and other business. Henne House is now owned by Richard and Cindy Kuss. Richard Kuss was mayor of Saline 1996-1997 and Cindy was Director of Chamber in Saline.
