The booklet was printed by William Graham's Machine Printing Presses. The back cover contains an advertisement for the Peninsular herald, "a family newspaper, devoted to temperance, literature, general intelligence, and moral improvement," published in Detroit by J. Russell and Son, and a list of prices of lodge supplies sold by John Evans, the Grand Worthy Secretary from Bellevue, Michigan.
