Eva Woodward Parker (1855-1933) was the daughter of Lysander Woodward and Peninah Simpson Woodward. She was married to Arthur S. Parker. Upon Eva Woodward Parker’s death, she left her estate to the community to establish a permanent library. The photograph was taken at the Huntington and Clark Studios in Detroit.
