Deyo Fox and Gerald Osborn talks about the genesis of the lab and how their conversations with professionals in the paper industry led to making the lab a reality. O.W. Callighan thanks supporters of the lab and unveils a plaque thanking the facilities' financial backers. Western Michigan President Paul Sangre dedicates the lab to the spirit of cooperation and collaboration which, he says, was fundamental to the lab's creation.
