- One architectural drawing entitled "Front Elevation." The drawing (Job 260) consists of black ink on linen and shows a wall cross-section detail and front elevation view of an existing 2-story, 2-family flat for "Mr. S. [Samuel] J. Hardenbergh, Owner, Detroit, Michigan." This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of eleven sheets that were prepared by "J Lawson Miller, Architect." The plans indicate that several window and architectural alterations were proposed for the building. The building is located at 4553 Avery Avenue just south of Forest Avenue W. in Detroit. A red ink stamp near the lower left corner of the sheet shows "Plans Examined and Approved, Jul. 14, 1915. Department of Buildings, City of Detroit, By H. C. Slater.

- One architectural drawing entitled "Alley Side Elevation," "Toledo Ave. Elevation," and "Cavalry Avenue Elevation." The drawing (Job 263) consists of black ink on linen and shows front and side elevation views of a proposed 2-story, 12-family apartment building that was designed for "Mr. Martin L. Holzhauser, Owner, Detroit, Michigan." The apartment building was to be located at the southeast corner of Toledo and Cavalry Avenues in Detroit. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of six sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." A red ink stamp on the lower left edge of the sheet shows "Plans Examined and Approved, Nov. 26, 1915, Department of Buildings, City of Detroit, by H. C. Slater." Some green and blue pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details.
