- The state office building at the southwest corner of Washington and Allegan streets under construction in Lansing, Michigan. It was completed in 1871, and torn down in 1923. Text on reverse of card: "G. W. Wood & Co., Portrait and Landscape Photographers, Cor. Washington and Michigan Aves., Lansing, Mich." Written on reverse of card: "This is a sample of the pictures in a double glass framed viewer I saved as a relic the Kings had, but house burned and destroyed, can't say where I got it from as I am close to 89 years old now. T. O. D. 'The Old Devil' a nickname our two grandmas had for me. Emma E."
