- One inventory list of the guns at Fort Wayne. The list is shown in a tabular format that consists of printed black text on white paper including blank rows and columns that were to be completed by the officer in charge. Several rows and columns have gun quantities shown in the lower portion of the table. The inventory list has handwritten text in the lower right corner that shows "Respectfully submitted to the Chief of Engineers, U. S. Army, with letter dated April 29, 1892. O. M. Poe, Col., Corps of Engineers, Bvt. Brig. Gen., U.S.A." A blue ink stamp on the verso shows "No. 39, U. S. Engineer Office, Detroit, Mich., Received Jan. 22, 1892."

- One drawing entitled "Plan and Sections Showing Modifications of Demilune at Fort Wayne." The drawing consists of black and red ink on linen and shows plan and cross-section views of one of the demi-lune gun batteries at the fort. The configuration of the gun platform area is shown as well as contour lines which indicate the elevation and grading for the ground slopes in the vicinity of the gun platforms. Handwritten text beneath the title shows "Engineer Department, Washington, July 21, 1866, Sent to Col. Cram at Detroit with letter of this date. Rich'd Delafield, Bvt. Maj. General, Chief Engineer, U. S. Army."

- One drawing of a 15" gun platform in Fort Wayne. The drawing consists of black ink on heavy tan paper and shows a plan view of one of the gun platforms along the fort walls. A cross-section detail is shown in the upper left corner and an elevation detail is shown in the upper right corner. Handwritten text near the center top edge shows "This is the Plan of the Demilune Salient 15" Gun Platform according to drawings last sent from Engineer Department, August 28th 1867, and the platform will be constructed accordingly. T. J. Cram, Bvt. Maj. Gen'l."
