- One chart entitled "Survey of the Mouth of Clinton River, Michigan" that was made by Capt. A. Canfield, U.S.T.E. (United States Topographical Engineers) who was assisted by J. F. Munro and J. Holcroft, Civil Engineers. The chart was drawn at a scale of 1 inch = 400 feet and is printed in black ink on white paper. It shows a simple topographical survey that covers about 4000 feet at the mouth of the Clinton River as it flows into Lake St. Clair. Survey information includes areas of rushes adjacent to the river, water depths in feet, depth contour lines, a lighthouse, and a cross-section detail. Small printed text in the upper right corner shows "Senate Ex. Doc. No. 1, 2nd Sess., 33rd Cong." Small printed text in the lower right corner shows "Wagner & McGuigan, Lith., Phila."

- Description:
- One unsigned indenture, dated 1920, between the Canada Southern Bridge Company of Michigan and Canada, and Harris T. Dunbar of Buffalo, New York. The document consists of four pages of black typewritten text on white paper. The text provided a legal description of Stony Island in the lower Detroit River and indicated that the Bridge Company would sell the island to Harris T. Dunbar for $1.00, but reserved a 150-foot wide strip of land for a future right of way. The two pages were bound together in a legal-style, light blue paper binder which has two brass grommets at the top edge. Typewritten text on the outside of the binder reads "Warranty Deed, Canada Southern Bridge Company to Harris T. Dunbar" and printed text that shows "Miller, Canfield, Paddock & Perry, Attorneys and Counsellors, 1124-1132 Penobscot Building, Detroit, Michigan."

- Souvenir Catalogue from an exhibit of Robert Hopkins paintings at the Detroit Museum of Art. The 85 exhibited paintings are listed within, and several black and white images of them are included. "Price List," has been handwritten on the cover, and notes have been made beside many entries indicating which have been sold and who purchased them.

- Black and white engraving of Campus Martius with a view to the northwest and City Hall depicted prominently on the left of the image, from Frank Leslie's Illustrated Newspaper, July 27, 1878, pg. 363. Many horse drawn carriages and pedestrians can be seen along Woodward and Fort Streets. A sign in the background of the image reads "Weber Furniture Company's Warerooms. Manufacturers & Dealers in Furniture Billiard Tables & Pianos. H Greening Co. Drygoods & Carpets." The verso depicts several other Detroit related engravings, such as a harvesting scene on D.M. Ferry & Co.'s farm, The People's Savings Bank, the Russell House, and W.B. Wesson, President of the Wayne County Savings Bank and Safe Deposit Company.

- Halftone print of a photograph of a woman modeling a double-breasted frock coat with a fur-lined collar, cuffs, and partial skirt around the sides, worn over a lighter color button-up blouse, and dark colored skirt, hat, with a tall upward brim, heels, and a cane. The background consists of a faint image of a forest. The image was sent by the J.L. Hudson Company to Mrs. William H. Johnston of 17 West Bethune Avenue, Detroit as part of a packet of six photos showcasing fashions for the fall of 1918.
