- Color postcard depicting the Cedar Mound on Belle Isle, with people canoeing on the canal in the foreground and people standing along the shore. Printed on verso: Cedar Mount, Waterfall and Canoes, Belle Isle. Belle Isle is in the Detroit River, between Detroit and Windsor, Canada. The Island contains 702 acres and is entirely covered with one of the most beautiful parks in the United States, having some 21 miles of Macadam Roads; a magnificent Casino; Pavilions; Boat Houses; Aquarium; Horticultural Hall and Zoological Gardens. The Island was purchased by Detroit in 1879 and has since then expended $1,600,000 in beautifying it. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Jun 22, 1913.

- Program booklet for a vaudeville show at the New Wonderland Theatre, Eden Musee, and Menagerie during the week of July 29, 1901. Louis Heck, Jr. and Maybelle Eckert in a "refined Musical Melange;" Joe Welch "in Hebrew Impersonations;" Charles Wayne and Anna Caldwell in "To Boston on Business;" singer Maude Meredith; musical comedians Smith, Doty, and Coe; and acrobats Fyne and Dandy are on the bill. The majority of the program is dedicated to advertisements, including one for "Queen Anne Soap Free Excursions," aboard the TASHMOO, GREYHOUND, and CITY OF TOLEDO on the back cover. A black and white half tone image of the theater, and a advertisement for Richardson's dinnerware appears on the cover surrounded by a border containing columns, acanthus leaves, scrollwork, and musical instruments. A handwritten note around the top and right edge of the cover reads, "Mon. Eve. 7-29-'01."

- One partially completed drawing of a proposed automobile. The drawing consists of black pencil on heavy paper and shows top, end, and longitudinal cross-section views of a proposed rear-engine vehicle. Various internal and exterior details are shown including the body, steering and suspension components, and seats. The top and longitudinal views show a "flexible shaft" that was intended to operate the radiator fan at the front of the auto and would run along the side of the vehicle to the engine at the rear. Handwritten pencil notes near the lower left corner of the sheets list several steering system design advantages and disadvantages. The drawing is signed "JSB [James Scripps Booth], 10-28-1918, Layout No. 3."

The menu consists of two pages of heavy beige marbled paper, bound together with green and yellow ribbon at the top center. The cover page has an illustration of four ears of corn, along with the crest of the Hotel Charlevoix. Dinner options are listed on the second page.

- This tan paper envelope contained a 7-page letter that was written by Dr. James A. Post who was the secretary of the Detroit Association of Charities. The front of the envelope has a typewritten address that shows "Associated Charities in Detroit - Past, Present, and Future, By Dr. James A. Post, Secretary of the Association of Charities, Detroit, Mich."

- One set of architectural "Specifications for Mrs. Bridget Stackpole for a Brick Veneered Three House Terrace Building Located on the West Side of Humboldt Ave. Between Perry & Pine St's., Detroit, Michigan." The specifications (Job 243) are bound in a booklet that has two brass fasteners at the top. The cover is made of light brown paper that has a cloth backing and includes handwritten text for the title. Printed text beneath the title shows the name, "Falkinburg & Miller, J. Lawson Miller Successor Architects." The cover interior and outside back cover have printed advertisements for many contractors, tradesmen, and building materials suppliers. The booklet contains 65 pages of typewritten text that give brief descriptions of all of the materials and construction requirements for the project. An index is shown on the first page.

- Certificate appointing Edward Edgar Hartwick as a Noble of the Mystic Shrine in the Moslem Temple of Detroit, dated October 30, 1903. The text of the certificate is as follows: "The Imperial Council of the Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine for North America To all True and Faithful Nobles of the Mystic Shrine: Know Ye that the Worthy Noble Edward Edgar Hartwick who hath signed his Name in the margin hereof, was regularly Received, Admitted and Constituted A Noble of the Mystic Shrine in Moslem Temple of Detroit, Mich, on the 30th day of Oct. 1903 and that he is duly Enrolled as such upon the Records of the Order. In Testimony Whereof We have hereunto subscribed our Names, and affixed the Seal of The Imperial Council for North America." The certificate is signed by the Imperial Recorder, the Imperial Potentate, and the Recorder of the Moslem Temple. The gold seal of the Moslem Temple of Detroit is affixed to the bottom center.
