- Sepia-toned photograph depicting Eagle Boat No. 1 tied to the outfitting dock at the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex, as taken from the over the shore off its port quarter. The boat appears to be nearly complete. A large canvas awning covers the rear deck. Workers paint the hull near the port bow. "Eagle Boat - 1" is painted on the transom. The rail track running parallel to the river used by a rail-mounted crane to lift the turbine engine and other heavy material aboard is in view.
