- 8x10 black and white photograph from glass negative of 1899 Packard Number Four or Packard Number Five on country road. Inscribed on photo back: Model A, 1-cylinder, 9-horsepower, 71.5-inch wheelbase, 2-person roadster, fitted with a 2-person dos-a-dos seat mounted on rear deck. Body by Morgan & Williams, Warren, Ohio. Car has H-gate shift box. Cars Number Four and Number Five were almost identical. The latter was sold on Feb. 3, 1900 to George D. Kirkham, a Warren, Ohio businessman residing on Park Ave., one block south of Packard Works.

Inscribed on photo back: completed Nov. 6, 1899, Warren Ohio; Model A, 1-cylinder, 9-horsepower, 71.5-inch wheelbase, 2-person roadster; body by Morgan & Williams, carriage manufacturer, Warren, Ohio. Restored car has solid engine compartment door, vs. louvered door of original, and is missing original fittings such as side lights & the one affixed to the center of the front springs, and the dos-a-dos seat originally mounted on the rear deck. Photo shows Goodrich brand tires. This is the car given to Lehigh University.

Retouched photograph before car was restored and given to Lehigh University. Note artwork "reconstruction" of side panel & louvered door and the incomplete "reconstruction" of the dash that still indicates the hole at the bottom of the center panel.

Car is either being crated at Packard Motor Car Co. for shipment to Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. or being uncrated at Lehigh for permanent display in the lobby of the James Ward Packard Laboratory of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.

- 7.5x9.5 black and white photograph of a 1903 Packard Model F with sign "Packard Motor Cars St. Petersburg." Inscribed on photo back: 1-cylinder, 12-horsepower, 88-inch wheelbase, 2-person roadster. Used in the transcontinental crossing June 20-August 21st, 1903, a total of 5600 miles from San Francisco to New York. The driver was E.T. (Tom) Fetch from the Packard Warren, Ohio plant and passenger Marius C. Krarup, editor of The Automobile. "Old Pacific" also participated in the First Annual Endurance Contest of the NAAM, on October 7-15th, 1903 from New York to Pittsburgh as contestant #16 class D, driver E.T. (Tom) Fetch, observer E.H. Lowe. Photo taken outside Cary-Crane Motors, Inc., Packard agents, St. Petersburg c.1924.
