Faunce also talks about his research, the structure of SLIR, the mission of the school, working in an auto plant in his younger days, and coordinating the school's move from the basement of Marshall Hall to South Kedzie Hall. Faunce is interviewed by John Revitte, MSU professor of Labor and Industrial Relations.
