The marriage took place on February 25, 1919, at St. [?] Church in the Parish of [?] Bridge in the County of Surrey, England. Witnesses were Frank Wood and George Henry Chilton. The marriage was performed and recorded by Arthur L. Whitlock, Rector. The certificate form is printed in dark green ink on slightly yellowed paper with the various sections being completed in with handwriting in black ink. A red, one penny stamp is affixed under the signature of the Rector.

- One Certificate of Naturalization. The certificate (No. 2144748) was issued to Alfred Diplock of 3576 Gladwin Ave., Detroit, Michigan, on December 8, 1924, and has a gold embossed seal in the lower left corner. It is printed in black text on yellowed paper and is bound on the left edge inside a tri-fold leather wallet that has a double snap closure. The outside of the wallet is stamped in gold-colored text "Certificate of Citizenship, United States of America."
