The drawing (Job 260) consists of black ink on linen and shows a wall cross-section detail and front elevation view of an existing 2-story, 2-family flat for "Mr. S. [Samuel] J. Hardenbergh, Owner, Detroit, Michigan." This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of eleven sheets that were prepared by "J Lawson Miller, Architect." The plans indicate that several window and architectural alterations were proposed for the building. The building is located at 4553 Avery Avenue just south of Forest Avenue W. in Detroit. A red ink stamp near the lower left corner of the sheet shows "Plans Examined and Approved, Jul. 14, 1915. Department of Buildings, City of Detroit, By H. C. Slater.
