- Sandy Dragoo relates how she came to work at Diamond-Reo Trucks, Inc., in Lansing, MI, as an executive secretary, from 1971 to 1974. She talks about moving to the Capitol Area Transportation Authority (CATA), Lansing's public transit company, as REO began to die and recruiting other REO employees. She also describes the actions of Francis Cappaert, the end of the company pension fund and the emotional depression shared by REO workers. Sandy also talks about the many social activities enjoyed by workers and how much fun she had, as an executive secretary, being invited to management's "REO Men’s Club". The interviewer is Shirley Bradley. Recorded as part of the commemoration of REO Motor Car Company’s 100th Anniversary.

- Jimmy recalls being hired in February 1970 in the Body Shop. He describes being petrified and having to find restrooms and the cafeteria by himself. - Robert Fell tells of being hired in 1979, reaching 89 days and being laid off. He rehired in March 1981 and worked in the Trim Shop and eventually Paint Repair. He talks about being appointed as a night shift UAW Safety Rep. He describes the August 1982 fatalities, confined space entry, and safety lockout policies. He discusses everyday life in the factory, relations with management, changing perceptions of the safety department and joint UAW/GM programs.

- Edward Rankin recalls his career as an inventory clerk, manager, and sales representative at REO Motor Car Company/Diamond-Reo Trucks, Inc, in Lansing, MI, between 1947 and 1973. Rankin talks about his youth and being hired at REO, and speaks nostalgically about REO social life, worker sports teams and the beautiful Olds family pipe organ featured at the REO Clubhouse. He also describes sales trips to Iraq and Lebanon on behalf of REO, the intricacies of foreign markets and general market pressures in the truck business. - Randy talks about being hired at AC Spark Plug Flint (which became Delphi) in May 1994 and coming to the Fisher Body Paint Shop in January 2000 as a Delphi "flow back." He discusses commuting, his apprenticeship at AC Spark Plug, millwright work, and compares Fisher to AC Spark Plug. Randy comments on the Paint Shop, critters in the plant, relations with supervisors, and the strikes in 1995 and 1998.

- Doris Faustman talks about her three periods of employment at the REO Motor Car Company in Lansing, MI. She says that she first worked as a clerk from 1945 to 1947, left to raise children, came back from 1949 to 1951 and returned to REO again in 1967 when her kids were older. She describes her work in the parts department, her coworkers, bosses, and being a grateful member of the union. Faustman talks about the first attempts to computerize REO administrative offices and how foreign and strange all of the equipment seemed to staff. She also sadly recalls being laid off in 1975 when REO closed in bankruptcy. The interviewers are Shirley Bradley and Lisa Fine. Recorded as part of the REO Memories oral history project.

- Shorty tells of being hired in April 1963 after several rejections for being too tall. He talks about being lost in the plant, working in Body Shop, Trim Shop and finally in Paint. Shorty relates several humorous incidents of day-to-day life in Fisher including his relationships with coworkers, managers and the UAW and describes the day a vendor's car was buried in the coal pile.

- Mike recalls being hired in October 1985 after working for many years as an AFL contract painter. He describes a painter's duties, the differences between AFL and UAW, benefits and wages, and why he decided to come to Fisher. Mike talks about the generosity of coworkers, relations with supervisors, inefficiencies, combining trades and eliminating painters, and the Lansing work ethic.

He discusses receiving a BA from MSU in 2002, the physical nature of factory work, and never expecting to stay. Mark talks about the Tuition Assistance Program, differences between SPO and Fisher, making friends, and pride in his work.

- Debra describes being hired in September 1976, her first job, first boss, and working in the Body Shop. She talks about women in the factory, blatant sexism, and the nature of the work. Debra talks about meeting Gary, becoming friends and eventually marrying. Gary joins the interview to describe some of the operations in the plant. They talk about two serious accidents and daily life and behavior.
