- Under construction and viewed from across the Grand River. Completed in 1980, Riverfront Tower and Apartments at 601 North Cedar was a 200 unit project built to provide "affordable senior living for disabled residents 50 years of age and older and seniors 62 years of age and older." One of two variants.

- Located between South Grand Avenue and the Grand River. Grand Avenue is one way southbound in the photo. Per city directories, the Altman's store was short-lived. Planning Division staff notations are present, one of which identifies a building as the former Montgomery Wards store at 206 East Michigan Avenue.

- Sixteen views of the Board of Water and Light Ottawa Street Power Station prior to its sale to Accident Fund in 2007. Photo a shows the east side of the grounds from the top, showing holding pits and rail spur. Photo b shows inside the smokestack. Photo c shows the BWL river fountain, which was removed during the renovation of the Ottawa plant by the Accident Fund. Photo e shows an Otto Ziegler brass plaque. Photo f shows an information board.

- Board of Water and Light's Ottawa Street power plant, located along the Grand River. It was built in 1940 and is characterized by exterior brick colors that go from dark to light, bottom to top of the building. The view is from the Michigan Avenue bridge. Originally part of the Carl Dalrymple Collection.
