- Located at 204 East Franklin Avenue. Sign reads "A. A. Wilbur Coffin, Rooms." Alroy Augustus Wilbur served as mayor of Lansing in 1894. One of the men is Harvey McKeen; the others are unidentified.

- Lansing's smallest city park, located at Turner Street and Grand River Avenue. A mural featuring Victorian-style homes is on the wall of the building to the east of the park. The Frances E. Willard memorial stone fountain can be seen next to the park sign at right.

- Two views. Photo b was taken December 21,1946. "How far and how fast the pioneers went in the space of a few years can be guessed from this stately mansion. It is the Frank L. Dodge home on Grand River avenue, the central portion of which was built in 1853, by James Turner, only a few years after he had put up a crude frame dwelling a block to the east. It was built on the highest point of land in the Lansing area, close by the Indian trail from Detroit to Lake Michigan."

- Franklin Avenue 4th of July celebration in old North Lansing. Franklin Avenue is now known as Grand River Avenue. This picture was taken on the corner of Center Street and Franklin Avenue. Two copies. Originally part of the Edmonds Collection.

- Located near Grand River Avenue in MSU's North Neighborhood. Built in 1939. The Abbot portion was named for Theophilus Abbot who was once president of MSU, and the Mason portion is in honor of Stevens T. Mason who was governor of the state.

- Description:
- Abigail Rogers was a pioneer for the school. She and her sister Delia worked to achieve education for women. The school opened in 1855 originally in the State Capitol Building until the school was constructed in 1858. James Turner was also involved in securing funds for the school. Located at the future site of the School for the Blind at the head of West Grand River on North Pine Street. This is the Michigan Female College as it appeared on the "Map of the Counties of Ingham and Livingston, Michigan" published by Geil, Harley & Siverd in 1859. Evidently, the artist had not seen the actual building. Text on photo: "View of Female College at Lansing Mich. Miss A.C. Rogers, Principal. H.L. Olcott Builder." Four copies.
