- 8x10 black and white photograph from glass negative of 1899 Packard Number One with driver. Inscribed on photo back: completed and first road tested Nov. 6, 1899, Warren Ohio; Model A, 1-cylinder, 9-horsepower, 71.5-inch wheelbase, 2-person roadster. Body by Morgan & Williams, carriage manufacturer. Driver Henry Joy? Photograph taken some years after car's completion, note holes in the dash, etc., lack of such original equipment as dos-a-dos seat mounted on rear deck, lights & skirt below driver's seat. This is the car given to Lehigh University.
