- A group of houses in an unidentified section of Grand Rapids. The houses appear to be brick or frame construction and two stories. Bare-limbed trees are in the parkway in front each house. The ground is snow covered, a street runs in front of the houses, and in the background are electric lines running from a pole, and an overcast sky.

- A photo of a fleet of seven new Grand Rapids Herald delivery trucks and their drivers, taken at John Ball Park. The drivers stand next to the drivers side door, the ground is snow covered and the sky is overcast. Several bare-limbed trees and glimpses of houses appear behind the trucks and in the distance.
