- View from across the Grand River. Completed in 1980, Riverfront Tower and Apartments at 601 North Cedar was a 200 unit project built to provide "affordable senior living for disabled residents 50 years of age and older and seniors 62 years of age and older." The Lansing River Trail is seen on the structure to the left. To the right, a former railroad bridge used for coal delivery remains, converted for use by pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles.
