- Membership certificate, designed by the Calvert Lithographing Company, from the Michigan Soldiers' Monument Union, awarded to William Monroe by the Schools of Michigan in exchange for his donation of 10 cents toward the construction of the Michigan Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument. The design includes a central image of two women, three uniformed soldiers, and a dog mourning around a flag-draped casket. Battlefield scenes decorate the corners of the borders.

- Menu with envelope from the opening dinner of the Hotel Pontchartrain held on Tuesday, October 29, 1907. The menu is bound with whit ribbon in a heavy white paper cover printed with an embossed image of the hotel's crest on the front. Both the dinner's courses, as well as a reproduction of a menu for a dinner given by Madame la Chancelière for King Louis XIII at the château de Pontchartrain are printed within. The envelope is pale blue with an image of the hotel's crest at the upper left.

- One tax receipt, dated December, 14, 1871, issued by the Wayne County Treasurer's Office in Detroit. It was printed in black text on white paper and indicated that the Richmond & Backus Company paid $115.86 for state and county taxes on property located on the north side of Jefferson Avenue at "E [east] 24 ft., Lot 3, Blk 1." The receipt was signed by "James Collins, D. [Deputy] County Treasurer."
