- One Detroit Common Council resolution issued to honor the life and achievements of American journalist, Horace Greeley, who had recently died (November 29, 1872). The resolution was printed as a memorial certificate in "Old English" style text on white paper. It has a decorative border with the initials, "HG," at the top and the red, embossed seal of the City in the lower left corner. The certificate was signed by the Mayor, H [Hugh] Moffat, and members of the Board of Aldermen in the lower right corner area of the sheet.

- Hardcover souvenir program book for the First Annual Meeting of the Grand Council of Michigan of the United Commercial Travelers of America, held on May 18, and 19, 1894. The book was distributed by Detroit Council, No. 9 of the U.C.T., and includes program information for the meeting, as well as half-tone photos of important individuals and Detroit sites, as well as advertisements. The book is bound in a black leatherette cover with embossed gold text.

The map shows roads and railways (marked in red) in the City of Detroit, with Campus Martius located at the bottom center and circles emanating from the point of origin in half mile increments. - One folio series entitled, "Detroit Illustrated," that was published in 14 parts by H. R. Page & Company of Chicago. This folio, Part Twelve, has a gray/green paper cover that is printed in brown text. There are seven interior pages which include printed text and sepia-toned photographic images that are entitled as follows: The Strassburg Terrace Grace Hospital Bingham Hoop and Thin Limber Company Residence of Capt. Wescott [Westcott?] Grand River Avenue from Second Street Leonard Block Galvin Brass and Iron Works Galvin Valve and Hydrant Works Madison Avenue from the Park.

- Map entitled "Ohio, Michigan and Indiana" by Young & Dellecker. The map is printed in black text on slightly yellowed paper. It shows the major lakes and rivers of the three states and immediate surrounding areas as well as the main towns and forts. Several of the rivers are delineated in narrow yellow and red lines. The map title is shown in a box in the lower right corner and a bar scale is shown at the center near the lower edge. Lines of latitude and longitude are shown across the map and are labeled along the perimeter.

- Menu book for a dinner honoring General Russell A. Alger held at the Detroit Club on February 20, 1897. The menu is bound with ribbon in a hardcover covered with white and gold striped fabric with a blue floral pattern. A large gold embossed "A" is printed in the center of the cover. A list of guests, the actual menu (printed in French), a half-tone photo of Alger's home on West Fort Street, and a half-tone photo of a large Second Empire-style building are contained within.
