Several blocks of the east side of South Washington are also seen. On West Michigan Avenue, the Prudden building entrance is 109, Archy's Lounge at 111, Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada and the House of Beef restaurant at 113 are followed by the Hotel Olds at 125 West Michigan Avenue. - From the period when South Washington Street was used as parking lots from Michigan Avenue to Kalamazoo Street. According to Lansing City Council Proceedings from October 3, 1966, the 100, 200 and 300 blocks of South Washington were to be turned into a Parking Mall starting November 21, 1966. On June 9, 1989, Council ordered that the attended parking operations were to be eliminated.

- W. T. Grant Department Store at 117-123 North Washington Avenue. The northern end of the store faced West Ottawa Street, visible here.
