- A portrait of Lieutenant Morley S. Oates in uniform. Lt. Oates was a Second Lieutenant in the 32nd Division, 119th Field Artillery Regiment, in World War I. He died on August 22, 1918, and is buried in France. The Veterans of Foreign Wars (V.F.W.) Post No. 701 in Lansing was named for Lt. Oates.

- The Cherry Street school at 528 Cherry Street was built in 1894 and had an addition built in 1915. It ended service as a school in 1933 and was eventually converted to office space. On the added entryway enclosure, lettering "Manson Building" can be seen. It was named for architect Elmer J. Manson who had an office in the same block. Two copies. Originally part of the Carl Dalrymple Collection.
