- Sepia-toned photograph of a completed Eagle Boat being lowered into the Rouge River by the launch elevator at the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex, as viewed from the water off of its port quarter. The boat has been dressed with its signal flags, and draped with banners. The towers of the launch elevator have also been draped with banners. Uniformed naval personnel stand on the boat's deck, and spectators watch from a walk way beside the elevator, as well as a small motor boat. "27534-8-15-19," is printed in the lower right corner of the recto. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.
