The invoice is printed on letterhead including lithographs of Frederick Stearns and Company's Detroit laboratory, Windsor laboratory, and New York Office, as well as a coat of arms with a shield divided party per chevron and charged with three crosses, and a bird as a crest. The letterhead lists Frederick Kimball Stearns as the president, Frank C. McLaughlin as the vice president and treasurer, and Thomas Bennett as the secretary. "Bill F Stearns," is handwritten on the verso.
