- South and east facades. Facing northwest.; This one-and-one-half story Williamsburg Colonial Revival has the typical styling of its Colonial antecedents with rectangular massing and front gabled dormers. There is a one-story wing and enclosed porch on the south facade.

- East facade taken facing west; Two story, red brick building. Wide concrete band across top of windows for detailing. Center entry door with plate glass wndow above. Doorway flanked by tall, plate glass windows on each side. Flat roof over door. Ribbon of concrete beneath windows balances facade.

- South and west facades taken facing northeast; One, one and a half, and two story, orange brick building. Flat roof over entry. Two rows of windows on south end of building with four, horizontal panes, between two rows of four small lights. The middle section has large, square windows with twelve lights, and triangular screening in the middle. The north end has six tall windows, with rounded screening on the lower third, and a large vehicle door. There are three loading docks recessed back from the front facade on the south end of the building. The roof of the Creamery is visible above the line of new building (see photo 8:21). Manufacturing complex at rear. The building covers 70,000 sq.ft.

- North and east facades taken facing southwest; Two and a half story, Queen Anne style house. Hipped roof with tower cross gables. Full width porch wraps around to east rear facade. Porch has spindlework supports and frieze, and plain wood balustrade and railing. Porch roof has pediment over entryway accentuated with fishscale shingles. House gable peaks have fishscale shingles, paired windows, and decorative woodwork at apex of peak. Current paint scheme accentuates detailing. Two story, cutaway bay on west facade topped by gable with fishscale shingles (matches gable on porch roof). Diamond shaped window on second story over front door. Small porch on southeast corner of house. Diamond shingle roof. Modern, two car garage at west rear of lot. Stone foundation.

- South and east facades. Facing northwest.; Two story Greek Revival house sits on a stone foundation. According to the city assessor's file the walls are brick, but have been clad with aluminum siding. The gable end house with return cornices has T-shape massing, and appears to have had several additions over the years. There is an enclosed front porch, rear wings, two open porches and a bay window on the east facade.

- South and east facades. Facing northwest.; This gable front Folk House has a pent roof between attic windows and the second level windows. The pent roof is repeated in the gable of the enclosed front porch. There is also a one story porch on the rear. The house sits on a cement block foundation and has aluminum siding. Detached garage.

Diamond shaped roof shingles. One and a half story addition to west rear. One story clapboard addition to east rear. Aluminum siding. Concrete block foundation.
