The recto carries the program's nameplate, declaring the establishment to be "The Largest and Handsomest Theatre in America," and listing Charles O. White as the proprietor and manager and H.A. Foster as the treasurer. The recto is covered with advertisements. The central column of the verso lists the pieces to be performed at the concert. The remainder of the verso is filled with advertisements. Several advertisements make mention of December 1883 or the 1883 holiday season.
