- Hand tinted Lantern slide depicting the wooden cross indicating the location where war correspondent Ernest Pyle died; the cross was located on Le Shima Island in Japan and later replaced with a stone marker. Pyle's physical remains were moved to the National Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii.
