- Exterior view of Kraft Foods Co. at 250 Michigan St NE at the southeast corner of Lafayette in the Belknap/Lookout neighborhood in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The company distributed Kraft cheese, Kraft dressing products and Parkay margarine. The building was taken over one year later by Gordon Food Service. Sitting in front of the building was the Walter Finger service station selling City Service products. The site is currently part of the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus.

- The Hotel Browning was built in 1917 by Alvah Brown. It had 250 rooms and shops on the street level. It also had a four-lane bowling alley and a billiard room. The Ferguson-Droste-Ferguson Hospital bought the building in 1938, and continued for some time to operate some of the space as a hotel. The building is located at 72-80 Sheldon Ave SE in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Photo circa 1938.
