- Built by Nathaniel Millerd in 1827, this home was later renovated and occupied by Sarah Van Hoosen Jones and Bertha Van Hoosen in the 1920s. - The home on the Snook Farm with several unidentified individuals. The farm was located on the west side of Rochester Road at Avon Road. John J. Snook (1842-1923), Rochester's "poet laureate," owned this property, called Overlook.
