- The Kremer carriage shop with chicken coop attached are pictured. Individuals in the photograph include from left to right, Gladys Kremer (Clarence's wife), Will Fox (neighbor) and Eliza Jane Kremer. Frank Kremer was a carriage builder in Rochester on East Alley. These individuals are "playing horse" at a Ladies Aid Meeting at the Kremer home.

Snook (1842-1923), Rochester's "poet laureate," owned this property, called Overlook.
