Stamm describes the process behind staffing voting sites, including details on how many election officials work at each site, how those election officials are selected, and what those election officials are paid. Stamm also discusses the order of names on the ballot, explaining that the order is rotated on different ballots to nullify any advantage of being the first name on the ballot. Dunbar gives an overview of important races across the state, with particular focus on Kalamazoo's local elections.
