- This is a collection of Lansing and regional subject files assembled by David Caterino as part of his larger group of local history materials. Files contain materials such as brochures, menus, flyers, reports, and other ephemeral items. The materials are sorted into several broad subject categories developed by Caterino, and include things like biographies, buildings, clubs and associations, sports, transportation, and others.

- Both sides of Washington Avenue are seen in this photo taken across East Allegan Street, looking to the north. Several additional blocks can be seen to the north across Michigan Avenue, particularly the Bank of Lansing at 103 North Washington Avenue and the Tussing building at 106 West Ottawa Street. Of note on the west side of South Washington Avenue are the vacant storefront at 100, the Holly Lansing Grill at 104, Baker Shoes at 106, and S. S. Kresge department store at 114 South Washington Avenue. On the east side at right, the Morgan's Jewelers sidewalk clock, the Planters Peanuts sign of The Peanut Shop, and Rouser Rexall Drugs store. - This was originally the Bank of Lansing. It was known as Manufacturers Bank from 1986 to 1992, later Comerica Bank. Located at 101 North Washington Avenue.

- Located at 101 North Washington Avenue. On reverse: "On October 1978, Bank of Lansing celebrates 50 years of continuous service to the Community. The photograph (right) shows our main office in downtown Lansing as it is today. The engraving (left) shows the same building in 1928. Bank of Lansing relocated its main office from North Lansing to this building in 1932."
