- The "Jennie Foote" tied up at Battle Harbour, Labrador. At the time of the photograph it was owned by Baine Johnson and Company who operated a fish business there. She had previously been used as a ferry between Portugal Cove and Bell Island in Newfoundland.

- Sepia-toned photo of the Carkeek Printing Company building taken from a ship docked at the Nicholson-Universal Steamship Company docks at the foot of First Street. A group of men stand along the riverfront outside of the company's garage. A woman stands behind a large upright wooden barrier to which two posters have been hung at the foot of the dock, while two other woman stand on the dock at the lower portion of the frame. The Standart Brothers Hardware Corporation building stands in the background. "Detroit dock 1923," is handwritten in the bottom border.
