- Description:
- "Larch Street School was located on the west side of Larch Street in the first block. A street now runs through the site. The original building was built in 1888, added to twice, and razed in 1945." Some records state that the school was razed in 1952.

- This item is constructed like a photograph album, but it is not known how many copies of it were produced. Handwritten inside the cover is the following: "Presented to Public Library of Lansing, Mich. by Wagenvoord and Co. Bookbinders and Fred J. Wagenvoord, Photographer." - "Projector 'pushing' by projectionist club, Pattengill Junior High School, 1958. The secondary audiovisual coordinators sponsored a 'projector' club in each school to assist in the AV programs. The pupils ran 'movies' and set up apparatus."
