- One booklet entitled, "32 Years Ago," which was published by the Union Trust Company to commemorate their 32nd year of business. The company was founded in 1891 and the booklet was published in 1923. The booklet consists of a single panoramic strip of halftone photographic images that show downtown Detroit storefronts along the east side of Woodward Avenue as of 1891. - Two architectural drawings with first entitled "Plans for Eight Stores and Sixteen Apartments Located on the North-West Corner of Michigan and Wesson Aves., Detroit, Michigan" and the second entitled "Wesson Ave. Elevation." The drawings (Job No. 288) consist of red and black ink on linen and show front and rear elevation views of a proposed 3-story retail/apartment building. On the second drawing, the name, "Soldoris," is shown over the apartment entrance doorway on Wesson Avenue. The title block in the lower right corner of the first sheet shows that the drawing (part of a set of nine sheets) was prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot. Some green and blue pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details.

- Black and white photo taken looking south on Woodward Avenue in Highland Park. Otto's Confectionary stands on the east side of the street. Walker and Company advertisements for Peter Otto, Contractor and Detroit Creamery Milk are painted on the side of the building. To the south of Otto's is a cloth tent supported by several posts, painted with, "The Scenic Cream Parlor 4046, Cream, Sandwiches, Cigars, Hot Drinks." Cars pass along Woodward and streetcar tracks run along the west side of the street. The smoke stacks and water tower of the Ford Highland Park Plant's power house are visible in the distance along Woodward. "Oct-2-16," is printed in the lower left corner. "Smith Brothers, Commercial Photographers, Arcadia Bldg - Woodward & Stimson, Detroit, Michigan," is stamped, and "October 2, 1916, Woodward Avenue looking south in Highland Park," is typewritten on a label tapped to the verso.

- Cabinet card bearing a sepia-toned photograph of the building containing Sarah Jane Allen's hair dressing shop and Richard Webber Allen's real estate business at 219 Woodward Avenue between Grand River and Clifford Street as taken from the east side of the street, facing northwest. A sign reading "Allen 1891," is incorporated into the building's brickwork below its cornice. Several pedestrians are on the sidewalk. A pharmacy, music store, restaurant, and a tobacconist are visible in adjacent storefronts. "Mrs. R.W. Allen's Hair Shop," is handwritten on the verso.

The visible businesses along this row include John Harvey, Drugs and Medicine; D.M. Ferry and Company; William C. House and Company; Pixley and Cleveland, Mattresses, Bedding, and Furniture; a sewing machine store; a book binder; Freedman and Brothers; and the Weber Furniture Company's Warehouse. A horse-drawn wagon and carriage are stopped along the sidewalk. "1870's" handwritten on verso, along with "M-1847-6" in pen and "Dept. Report & Info. Comm." stamped.

- Print. Mounted sepia-toned photographic print depicting several buildings at the intersection of Monroe Street and Farmer Street, taken at street level. From left to right are the Henry Hotel, a four story building, the Office of the Detroit Opera House Orchestra (in the former St. Joseph's Lutheran Church or St. John's German Evangelical Church), a store advertising fruits and oysters, the Furniture Wareroom, a shoe store, and a row of two storied storefronts which includes a bar and Jno B. Musschel's Detroit Marble Works. A horse is hitched in front of the bar, and part of a carriage is visible across the street on the left edge of the frame. The matting is off-white cardstock with a scrollwork frame printed around the photo. "Monroe Ave." is handwritten in the matting's lower left corner, but several letters are torn off. "c.1872" handwritten on verso.

- Sepia-tone photo of the entrance to the Woodward Theatre in the National Clothing Systems building on the east side of Woodward Avenue, between Campus Martius and Gratiot Avenue, as taken from the west side of Woodward. A sign above the entrance advertises the film, "The Great Love." The storefront for L. Black Optician, is located to the south. An early automobile is parked in front of L. Black's, several pedestrians are on the sidewalk. A covered walkway has been set up along the sidewalk north of the theatre, suggesting construction on the Newcomb-Endicott Company building above.
