Lamps; Clay (unfired); Slip

Notes:

Deep buff micaceous clay with worn red slip. Small nozzle with straight sides extending across rim and converging toward discus. Small stamped ovule (?) pattern on rim. On either side is raised panel at cross axis of lamp. Slightly raised ridge about discus. In center of discus, pygmy and crane fighting. Moulded ring handle, two grooves on lower half, one or two damaged upper half. No handle. Flat base set off by circular groove.
