Among those eulogized are the victims of the attack on the American mission in Benghazi. Kerry introduces Vice President Joe Biden who also honors the dedication of those in the Foreign Service and the sacrifices by their families and reads the names of the deceased being honored. AFSA President Susan R. Johnson hosts the ceremony and delivers welcoming remarks.
