Lamps; Glaze; Clay (unfired); Slip

Notes:
Light red clay with red slip or glaze. Christian lamp. Long rounded nozzle has broad channel leading from large wick hole. Depressed rim has raised decoration of row of dotted circles. Double row at base of nozzle. Raised band about discus within which is Greek cross about filling hole, dotted circle surrounded by four dots in each arm. High solid handle has ridge leading to base ring. Blackened at wick hole.
